This exceptional Ethiopian coffee hails from Tatmara Plantation in the Kaffa region, where owner Negussie Tadesse tends a sublime farm hidden deep within Bonga's nourishing forest—accessible by neither track nor road. As part of the pioneering Tatmara Project for full farm sustainability, this washed lot showcases an endemic variety grown at 1751-2000 meters elevation. The cup reveals bright grapefruit and bergamote alongside delicate apricot sweetness and refined black tea character—a graceful expression of one of coffee's most pristine origins.
