Roaster notes

This Ethiopian coffee from West Arsi is named after the Mundayo village where the Gara Kogne washing station collects cherries from 750 farmers. Mixed heirloom varieties grown at 1945-2100 masl undergo a washed process with de-pulping and 96 hour fermentation, creating vibrant sweetness. The cup delivers a plummy, violet character with creamy oolong notes in every sip.
