This natural blend captures the entire Los Campos farm in one bag—multiple varieties and harvest moments processed with equal care at the family's own micro-mill. The Ramirez-Navarro family has farmed in Los Santos for generations, honoring Don Alexis's vision of giving every part of the harvest attention rather than reserving special treatment only for peak season. Dark, fruity, and slightly winey, it opens with red plum and cherry before a bright gooseberry lift meets a grounding dark chocolate finish.
