Grown on the red volcanic soils of Mount Kenya in Kirinyaga County, this coffee thrives in organic-rich earth that enhances its aromatic complexity. After careful cherry selection, a 16-hour fermentation, and traditional washing, the beans are sun-dried on raised beds for 14–21 days—a process that naturally preserves the balance between sweetness and lively acidity. The cup reveals notes of sticky toffee pudding, blood orange, sweet marmalade, amarena cherry, and black tea.
