Grown at Finca Las Brisas in Acevedo, this rare Bourbon Aji variety is sun-dried to allow ripe fruit sugars to deeply penetrate the beans. The natural process yields a lush, full-bodied cup characterized by flavors of ripe plum and dried fruit with an exotic tropical undertone.
