Sourced from the Caldas region of Colombia, this coffee is a natural processed blend curated by José Manuel Jimenez at the Seco de Manrepo dry mill. It combines cherries from numerous small producers to create a cup that defies expectations of tropical intensity. Instead, it offers a thick body with distinct flavors of plums and sweet spices.
