This exceptional natural coffee comes from Girma Tamiru's 2.5-hectare farm in Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe region, cultivated at 2170 meters elevation. The heirloom variety undergoes anaerobic fermentation for nine days before being dried on raised beds, creating an intense and juicy cup with distinctive plum character.
