La Cumbre is a family-owned farm in Tarrazú, Costa Rica, run by Minor and Nancy who are fourth-generation coffee producers. This natural-dried coffee undergoes short fermentation, resulting in a sweet and fruity cup with notes of plum and apple. The beans come from the Santa Maria de Dota region at 1900 meters altitude, grown as Caturra and Catuai varieties.
