Sourced from the El Sendero Cooperative in Guatemala’s Huehuetenango region, this washed coffee is cultivated at high altitudes between 1500 and 1900 meters. The cup presents a bright and sweet character defined by notes of apple, honey, and dried apricot. Grown primarily with Caturra varieties, this single-origin lot offers a clean profile that highlights the distinct terroir of its mountainous origin.
