Sumatra Kerinci Honey

Roaster notes

This honey-processed coffee from the Koerintji Barokah Bersama cooperative grows at the foot of Mount Kerinci on Sumatra, where fertile volcanic soil enriched by centuries of eruptions nourishes the crops. The beans are slowly dried in their own sugars on raised beds, yielding an espresso with apricot's fresh brightness and soft honey notes elegantly balanced by a smooth body reminiscent of sweet chocolate.
