Yayu Wild Forest, Ethiopia

Roaster notes

Sourced from the Yayu Coffee Forest Biosphere, one of the last remaining wild habitats for Arabica coffee in Ethiopia, this medium roast highlights a beautifully bright cup profile. Brewed as filter, it offers a tea-like lightness with mild citrus acidity and notes of kumquat, sweet shortcrust pastry, and brown sugar. As espresso, it reveals soft citrus upfront, syrupy body, and flavors of marzipan, dark chocolate, and bourbon biscuit.
