This Guatemalan G Blend brings together coffee from Humbatz—a collection of small producers in the Huehuetenango highlands—and Finca La Merced in Santa Rosa, where the Alburez family has farmed since 1832. The cup offers rich notes of biscuit, chocolate, brown sugar, jam and ripe berries with medium-high intensity. Traditional farming methods and generations of stewardship shape this blend's character.
