From Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza in Brazil, this natural process coffee is named for the Bob-o-link birds that nest on the plantation. The Croce family has converted their farm and surrounding small farms to sustainable practices. On the nose, apricot and hazelnut aromas give way to a creamy cup with chocolate and butterscotch flavors, subtle acidity, and an elegant balanced finish.
