Roaster notes

This Ethiopian single-origin from the Galeh region is grown at Limu Kossa farm by founder Giday Berhe, whose mission extends beyond producing quality coffee to improving medical care and school education for his community. The natural process highlights a cup with notes of dried figs, sweet strawberries, and plums, reflecting both the high-altitude terroir and the producer's commitment to investing in neighboring small farmers who follow his example.
