Grown by smallholder farmers in Bedesa-Gedeb within Ethiopia's celebrated Yirgacheffe region, this naturally processed coffee showcases indigenous heirloom varieties dried on traditional African raised beds for 12–15 days. The careful natural processing without extra fermentation creates a vibrant, expressive cup with tropical fruit and jammy sweetness leading to a tea-like finish. Sourced through Ephtah Coffee's ethical model built on long-term relationships, this lot reflects both the land and the people behind it.
