Finca Artemira

Roaster notes

Finca Artemira is a family-run farm in Cajamarca, Peru, led by young producer Ebert Huaman Villegas who has earned recognition with 6th place at Expo Cajamarca (2022) and 18th place in the Cup of Excellence (2023). This coffee features Marshell—a rare genetic expression of Catimor—grown on a one-hectare plot at approximately 1,800 metres above sea level. The washed process includes anaerobic fermentation followed by extended open-air fermentation, yielding a cup with notes of caramel, blueberry, and apricot.
