This naturally processed coffee comes from Hacienda La Union, part of the Casa de Paya project in Venezuela's Mariño region. The farm is managed by Daniel and LéO under Leopoldo Yanes' ownership, where Typica and Bourbon varieties are dried in the sun to develop a complex, fruity cup. Expect caramel sweetness alongside bright red fruit and apricot notes in this unique Venezuelan offering.
