This single-origin decaf from Peru's highlands brings nougat and caramel to the cup, with raspberry arriving in the finish. Grown by smallholder farmers at 1,200 to 1,600 metres across multiple varieties including Bourbon, Caturra, and Typica, this Grade 1 coffee is fully washed before Mountain Water decaffeination—a method that uses no chemical solvents while preserving the clarity of the original coffee.
