This single-origin coffee from Ethiopia's Bombe region is harvested by Basha Bekele in the fertile Sidama-Bensa area at elevations between 2,200-2,350 meters. The natural process involves careful sorting on harvest day followed by drying on raised beds for up to 25 days with constant turning. The resulting cup offers a complex profile featuring lime zest, blueberry, blackcurrant, dulce de leche, and dark cocoa notes that reflect the high-altitude terroir and meticulous handling throughout production.
