Roaster notes

This crisp Ethiopian washed comes from the Doyo Cooperative, a community of around 430 smallholder farmers in the Mana district of Jimma, Western Ethiopia. Working under the Oromia Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union, one of the country's largest organic and Fairtrade producers, Doyo's growers tend small organic plots high in the hills, often alongside maize, teff and bananas.
