Ethiopia, Wete Ambela

Roaster notes

This Grade 1 Natural lot from Konga in Yirgacheffe's southern highlands is grown between 1,950 and 2,100 meters above sea level by smallholder farmers who cultivate coffee gardens alongside bananas. Processed at the Konga sun-drying station with meticulous sorting to select only ripe cherries, this Ethiopia Landrace delivers a vibrant cup of bergamot, lime, and black tea with juicy acidity, florals, and a perfume-y finish.
