Beshasha - Ethiopia

Roaster notes

This micro-lot from Beshasha in Ethiopia's Agaro district is cultivated at 2,000–2,100 MASL by producer Mustefa Abakeno. A blend of local landraces and JARC selections (74110, 74112), it undergoes traditional washed processing with slow drying on raised African beds. The cup opens with crisp malic acidity reminiscent of apple, transitions into sweet cherry structure with lychee notes, and finishes with the clean resonance of black tea—ideal for filter methods that highlight clarity and delicate organic acids.
