This refined Ethiopian Sidama coffee is naturally processed and roasted to a medium level, offering a layered cup with a pronounced aromatic profile. In the espresso, notes of bergamot and citrus emerge alongside jasmine, a delicate rose tone, and pure chocolate, while an impression of Ceylon black tea adds depth. The acidity is round and lively, balancing sweetness with subtle bitterness in an elegant, complex coffee featuring a silky mouthfeel and clear floral signature.
