Roaster notes

This refined and layered Ethiopian coffee from the Sidama region is processed using the natural method. In espresso, notes of bergamot and citrus emerge alongside jasmine, a light rose note, and pure chocolate, with an impression of Ceylon black tea adding depth. The acidity is round and clearly present, providing liveliness, while sweetness and bitterness remain in balance. This elegant, complex coffee offers a silky mouthfeel and a clear floral signature.
