Roaster notes

This coffee comes from the highlands of Yirgacheffe, grown by farmer Biniyam Aklilu. Carefully selected ripe coffee cherries are dried on raised beds under the Ethiopian sun and sorted by hand throughout the process. In the cup, the coffee is bright and very approachable with distinct notes of apricot and peach iced tea, complemented by a honey-like sweetness.
