Sourced from the Cañas Verdes region of Panama, this Gesha variety thrives in the unique microclimates surrounding the Chiriqui volcanoes. The cherries are hand-selected and washed with mountain spring water before drying on raised beds for fifteen days to ensure a pristine profile. The resulting cup offers a delicate, silky mouthfeel with vibrant notes of mandarin, apple juice, warm honey, and peach, finishing with lingering floral aromatics.
