Sourced from the Gara Agena washing station in Ethiopia’s Sidama zone, this coffee benefits from a cool micro-climate that slows drying and enhances complexity. Grown at high elevations by independent outgrowers, the beans develop density and sweetness through slow ripening under native shade trees. The resulting cup offers a distinct character with bright cherry and banana notes.
