The Mbohang community in Indonesia comprises smallholder farmers who cultivate coffee on fertile volcanic soils at altitude, working collaboratively to focus on quality-driven processing while preserving long-standing traditions. This naturally processed coffee is made using fully ripe cherries that are carefully handpicked before being slowly dried with the fruit intact, allowing sugars from the cherry to infuse into the bean and create a rich, fruit-forward profile with depth and sweetness.
