This coffee comes from the Bukonzo Organic Farmers Cooperation Union in Kyarumba, Uganda. As a peaberry special, each cherry produces just one round bean that absorbs all nutrients alone, often resulting in a more concentrated and intense flavor experience. In the cup, this washed coffee expresses chocolate and orange notes with a fuller body than its regular counterpart.
