Uganda is an emerging specialty origin — naturally sweet, fruit-forward coffees with cocoa depth from its mountain-grown Arabica.

Grown high on the slopes of Mount Elgon (Bugishu) and the Rwenzori range around Kasese, Uganda coffee is increasingly a specialty name — ripe berry and stone fruit, brown-sugar sweetness, cocoa and a soft nuttiness. Often natural processed for sweetness, with cleaner washed lots too. The mineral-rich mountain soils and high elevations give the Arabica real depth. A rising, great-value African origin to watch — explore the lots and get ahead of the curve.
