Roaster notes

This washed microlot from Ethiopia's Sidamo region comes from small family farms near Bensa, where coffee grows alongside food crops in traditional garden-style cultivation. The cherries are depulped on-farm before being transported to the Shantawane washing station and dried on African beds. In the cup, this coffee delivers a bright, sunny character with citrus and orange marmalade notes wrapped in delicate floral aromatics — clean, straightforward, and ideal for espresso or Italian coffee makers.
