Roaster notes

This Ethiopian coffee from the Gedeo region arrives via the Danche washing station, where approximately 400 smallholder farmers bring their cherries grown at elevations between 1950-2000 meters. Processed naturally and dried whole for two to three weeks, this lot delivers a velvety cup with candy-like fruitiness, floral notes, lychee freshness, and hints of dark chocolate reminiscent of Polly candies. The Danche station is owned by SNAP Coffee, an Addis Ababa-based company established in 2008 that operates multiple washing stations across Ethiopia's specialty coffee regions.
