In the hills surrounding San Agustín, Huila, members of the Monkaaba group cultivate small plots of coffee at elevations ranging from 1,600 to 1,989 masl. This selection brings together Sidra from producers whose coffees demonstrated exceptional quality, allowing smaller harvests to reach specialty markets while retaining traceability and value at origin. Expect a bright and candy-like cup with flavors of sweet lychees, starfruit, and green grapes.
