This washed single-origin coffee hails from the Guji-Hambela region of Ethiopia, where fertile red clay soil, abundant rainfall, constant temperatures, and high altitude between 1800-2000 meters above sea level create ideal conditions for quality coffee production. While coffees from this area are typically known for their recognizable bergamot character, this lot surprised with a delightful peach aroma alongside notes of milk chocolate and black tea.
