Roaster notes

This Ethiopian coffee hails from the young trees of Buliye village, which sit at altitudes ranging from 1700 to 2300 meters above sea level. A blend of varietals including 74110, 74112, and Heirloom creates a distinctive cup with a creamy tropical punch reminiscent of a fresh icy solero, complemented by notes of strawberry cake and fresh raspberries sprinkled on top.
