This washed coffee from Ethiopia's Guji region arrives at the Buki Washing Station from approximately 750 smallholder farmers. Grown at 2,200 meters in Uraga, these heirloom varietals produce a cup with bright lemon and raspberry notes alongside floral aromatics. The Guji area, known for its vibrant and complex coffees, represents one of Ethiopia's great coffee regions where the world's favorite beverage originated.
