Roaster notes

This washed espresso from Ethiopia's Guji region brings together cherry from around fifty smallholder farmers near the Wate River. The cup opens with blueberry and peach iced tea, deepening into ripe prune before revealing dried apricot and soft toffee notes. A longer fermentation followed by careful drying on raised beds yields a clean, syrupy sweetness that threads clarity with texture—jammy when pulled short, silky and tea-like when extended.
