The Villa Sarchi variety delivers bright, juicy acidity with well-defined fruit character—star fruit and baked pear layered over toffee-like sweetness. Lightly roasted for espresso, it produces a syrupy shot with high sweetness and crisp definition that holds its elegant fruit presence even in milk.
