Sourced from the Mumirwa region in Burundi, this coffee is a collaborative effort by 384 smallholders processed at Migoti Coffee’s washing station. The cherries undergo a careful washed process involving fermentation and drying on raised beds to preserve their delicate character. The resulting cup offers an elegant profile with bright notes of cherry blossom, green grapes, and tinned pears.
