This natural process coffee from Sitio Cafundo farm in Sul de Minas, Brazil offers a warm, sweet cup with notes of spiced pear, brazil nut, and chocolate. Grown at 1,200 meters elevation by producer Valter Dias, the cherries are carefully handpicked and dried on patios with skin intact to develop complexity. The result is a rich, rounded coffee that showcases the distinctive character of Brazil's southern highlands.
