This single estate Ethiopian coffee hails from Guji, where it grows in natural forests on mineral-rich volcanic soil at approximately 1700 meters altitude. The beans are sun-dried using the natural process before being cleaned, contributing to a rich cup with an intense pure taste of cocoa and brown sugar. With pleasant soft acidity and a clean finish, this coffee is particularly suited for strong espresso or milk-based preparations.
