This exceptional Geisha variety comes from the Alasitas farm in Caranavi, Bolivia at 1600 meters altitude. The coffee underwent a distinctive process—washed then anaerobically fermented for 96 hours in stainless tanks before being dried to 11.5% moisture content. The cup delivers a fragrant, aromatic experience with tasting notes of lavender, rosewater, green apple, and bright lemon.
