This light roast decaf from Colombia's Cauca region comes from farmer Wilton Benitez. The Red Bourbon variety underwent an experimental natural process with anaerobic yeast fermentation and thermal shock before being decaffeinated using the sugarcane method. A beautifully sweet cup delivers floral rose water, tart black currant, and bright lemon sorbet notes that make this outstanding decaf feel remarkably like regular coffee.
