The deep roast brings out rich caramelized apple notes alongside pear and lemon brightness, while chocolate undertones emerge beautifully when paired with milk. Grown at elevations between 1668-2409 meters, this washed Bourbon variety delivers a bold yet balanced cup perfect for both filter brewing and espresso preparation.
