This single-origin coffee hails from Finca Las Brisas in El Salvador, where Carlos Pola applies quality control expertise from his textile industry background to craft sustainable specialty coffee. Grown at 1300-1600 meters and processed using natural anaerobic methods, this Pacas variety delivers a vibrant cup with notes of strawberry, dried plum, and cocoa. The farm operates its own laboratory for developing innovative processing techniques while supporting local farmers in their transition to specialty coffee production.
