This natural-process coffee hails from Ethiopia's Jimma region, where heirloom trees grow beneath the shade of endemic forest canopy. Producer Mustafa Mohammed Ali continues a family tradition rooted in Ethiopian coffee culture since the 1950s, crafting lots that honor this heritage. The cup delivers a rich, balanced character with notes of strawberry jam and cocoa, supported by a soft texture and pleasing intensity.
