This washed Ethiopian coffee comes from the Raro Boda Wet Mill in Ethiopia's Guji Zone, where high-altitude growing conditions slow cherry maturation and concentrate natural sugars. The cup opens with sweet dried apricot and bright lemonade acidity, layered with berry fruitiness before finishing with a floral Earl Grey character that lingers softly on the palate.
