Roaster notes

This single-origin coffee hails from the Wallagga region in western Ethiopia, near the Sudan border, where farmers have cultivated coffee for centuries under dense forest canopy. The shaded high-altitude environment allows cherries to mature slowly, developing subtle aromas within a biodiverse ecosystem that has been preserved through traditional polyculture practices. The natural process highlights bright citrus and stone fruit notes alongside rich chocolate undertones.
