Los Planes is a washed Pacas variety from the Comayagua region of Honduras, grown at approximately 1,450 meters above sea level by smallholder producers in this coffee community. As an espresso, it delivers a juicy and balanced cup with notes of red grapes and ripe plum, finished with a delicate hint of Rooibos tea on the aftertaste. This Honduran single origin shines equally well enjoyed black or paired with milk.
