This single-origin coffee hails from Finca Las Lajas in Costa Rica's Tarrazú region, cultivated at 1300-1500 meters altitude. The yellow honey process preserves approximately half the fruit flesh on each bean during drying, imparting natural sweetness and a subtle hint of honey to the cup. Expect bright notes of yellow lemon balanced with rich praline flavors in this Caturra variety coffee, named after an adorable hummingbird relative native to Costa Rica's tropical forests.
